Shipping Policy – Zaraff

This Shipping Policy explains how Zaraff processes, ships, and delivers orders placed on Zaraff.store.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to the following countries:

Germany
Netherlands

We do not currently ship outside of these two countries. If your country is not available at checkout, we are unable to deliver there at this time.

2. Order Processing (Handling Time)

Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Germany: Free standard shipping, estimated delivery in 6-13 business days.

Netherlands: Free standard shipping, estimated delivery in 6-13 business days.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipping (not the date the order was placed) and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, high order volume, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Tracking information will be included where available so you can follow your delivery.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All orders are fulfilled from our location in Offenbach am Main, Germany, within the European Union. Since Germany and the Netherlands are both EU member states, no customs fees or import duties apply. All applicable taxes are already included in the displayed price.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged, please contact us at Support@zaraff.store with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier and find a resolution.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error so we can try to correct it before dispatch.
