What is the return policy?
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have their original tags attached. EU customers also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes, items marked as final sale are not eligible for return. All other items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with original tags attached.
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed with a handling time of 1–2 business days, followed by standard delivery of 6–12 business days to Germany and the Netherlands. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.
