14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)

As a consumer in the European Union (including Germany and the Netherlands), you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party you designate) physically receive the goods.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
In their original condition with all tags attached
Free from perfume, makeup, or any damage

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@zaraff.store with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we will cover the cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice (or the returned goods, if sooner). Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Note: We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever comes first.
